Return Process

Complete the returns form included in your original delivery, ensuring you specify whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; please note that altered or worn items cannot be accepted for return.
- 3.Postage and Delivery
Send your parcel via a tracked service to our Chelsea flagship store or use the pre-paid Royal Mail label provided for UK domestic orders.
- 4.Processing and Notification
Once our quality control team has inspected the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email.
